- To initiate a return, simply click on this link, enter your order number and zip code, then follow the prompts on the screen to print a USPS shipping label. Package the item, then drop it in the mail. We take care of the costs of return shipping, but you are responsible for the cost packaging (such as the envelope).

Incorrect or Defective Item

- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.
Marked Down Merchandise
- All sales are final on marked down merchandise. Sale items, promotional items, clearance items and international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items cannot be returned appearing worn, with makeup or deodorant stains, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, with animal hair, damaged, tags not attached, or received beyond 30 days from the order date or that are Final Sale.
